Leniin's political party was called Communism, it was socialism, but a branch from the main stem like several other varieties of economic systems...It was the Communist party which was socialist in origin...socialism is not a political party, but an economic system

socialism is made up of the people deciding things and communism is where the government controls everything, living in America we have what is called a mixed economy where both the government and the people decide things.
