Sacking the Coach or Captain will not solve the problem of poor performance of the Indian Team. The only solution I can think of is to link the payment of Players to their performance thereby forcing them to come out of comfort zone and try hard to perform better.

the situation of coach and captain is rather obligatory with lots of media hype revolving cricket and this activities turning out to be a money spinner . Time has come for the overhaul of the BCCI different we are able to be English soccer who has ability to win each significant journey yet continuously fails .

You seem to have taken a somewhat strong view of India's recent performances. And I agree that there are no soft options in curing the maladies afflicting Team India now.
BCCI: An organisation devoting all its energies to a single point agenda - finishing off Jagmohan Dalmiya. I think BCCI under Sharad Pawar meets less often to discuss Indian cricket than how to bring Dalmiya on his knees. Pawar isn't any superman . How can he effectively combine the roles of a politician, a Union cabinet minister and BCCI president? I think he is doing justice to none. And it isn't unusual to suspect that he entered BCCI to dip his fingers in a pie flush with money and having a lot of power too boot. Besides many of his henchmen in the BCCI (Lalit Modi for one) aren't exactly straight characters. Others like Raj Singh Dungarpur are senile and a liability for the BCCI. And Bindra is just a Dalmiya basher.
SELECTOR: Thankfully, the joker in the pack, Kiran More, is out. We have greater expectations from Dilip Vengsarkar who appears as a far more responsible chief selector. More was a third rate cricketer who achieved little in his playing career. He became the chief selector by siding with the powers that be and in the process destroyed the careers of many good cricketers.
COACH: Greg Chappell was brought in with great expectations ostensibly for his great cricketing brains. Recent events haven't proved any of that, but has revealed another side in his character - that of a shrewd, politicking, vengeful, mean Aussie. He is a an expensive coach. He has introduced such novelties as practice stints with army personnel. He believes in shuffling batting orders at random in the name of experimentation. The result is that Indians are no less comfortable playing on bouncy uneven wickets than they were before him. They are lions on tame flat wickets. And strike bowlers have lost their edge and rhythm thanks to the practice of shouldering the responsibility of batting much higher up. He has been unable to deliver and should have been sent packing. But his contract till the World Cup stands in the way.
CAPTAIN: Dour faced Dravid knows that he is captain thanks to Chappell's machinations. So he timidly accepts Chappell's orders and can't challenge those even if they are obviously wrong. And after a series of miserable performances he has the cheek to say that all is well with the team basically. The team comes across as a spineless, disjointed unit under him.
TEAM: Raina, Mongia, Pathan and even the fabled Tendulkar are coming across as consistent non performers. But while Ganguly can be removed on the same ground, these players are sacrosanct and can't be touched. And the results are staring Team India on the face.
So its time to start from scratch with a fresh dispensation, I guess, as you have so rightly suggested.

No sacking will not solve the problem,

Appropriate selection process for

BCCI,

SELECTORS

COACH

PLAYERS ( bat, bowl, all rounder, keeper)

shall be made.

It shall neither be blank or infinite time.

Rather both the payment and tenure shall be linked to performance.

Moreover performance for each category ( BCCI, SELECTORS,, COACH, PLAYERS ( bat, bowl, all rounder, keeper) shall be well defined ( both in term of positive performance and negative performance)
