All you have to do is lay
down mousetraps in the Graniny Gorki South area on your first time
through. Lay down some traps and wait until one of them captures a
Tsuchinoko.
Also
after you get tortured you can go to the waterfall area
lay down another and capture a SECOND one.
Oh i forgot. Before you lay down the mousetraps use the active sonar. Press R3 to make it beep and then the white dots that come up are animals. Kill all of them. When you do this there will be only one white dot remaining. Head to that spot. And then lay your mousetraps. Then go away, run around, set traps off or anything else to kill time. Go back after a good while and check the traps. If none got the tsuchi then release the animals, pick up the traps and do it again.
