There was a guy impersonating himself when he wasn't for business reasons?

And he claimed that it was someone else who was sending the emails. I asked him to stop, so he kept sending business propositions through his security to me. Can I sue him?

If you use Outlook Express, click on the guy's E-mail, then on Message (above), and on Block Sender. Done!
