No, she shouldnt. People are trying to make her president not because she is the best candidate but because she is a woman (I'm a feminist myself, so I have really given this thought). She is not a top choice, her past is full of scandal, her campaigning is full of scandal, and her run as a senator is shady in many ways. There are plenty of better choices.

IN THEORY: Hillary Clinton would be as good a prez (the best in the 20th Century, at least!) as her husband....but she is a woman and this nation will NOT elect a a woman!
The sad truth is that they would sooner elect a ditzy-half-brain Stepford wife, like Laura Bush than a well-educated, seasoned politician like Hillary! It's sexist politics and that's that! Same for any Black candidate. We are only 140-some-odd years out of slavery but do you honestly think Obama has a chance?
I REMEMBER when the fact that JFK was a CATHOLIC was a big thing! Look what happened to him...(not just because he was a catholic, I"m sure!)
Also, Hillary is dragged down by the Right's persecution of her husband, as was Al Gore in 2000, though (to my knowledge) he'd never slept with Bill, nor exchanged vows of fidelity with him!
The bizarre thing is, that, although many sympathize with Hillary's stance as a "betrayed wife" (something upon which she has NEVER traded, as others might, to her credit!), she still bears those scars, imposed by the ignorance of Christian hypocrites.
In short, if HIllary were to run, much as I admire her, I would vote for her Democratic opponent! I remember Geraldine Ferraro, only a VICE-presidential candidate, all too well!

i think of of she would make a plenty greater advantageous perfect vice president the 2d time around. i've got have been given self thought she fairly did learn from her blunders on the well-being care plan catastrophe the 1st time around, and has shown a skill to artwork with former enemies interior the Senate. If she wasn't waiting to swallow her delight and play a helping place, she does not have been waiting to stick with bill, appropriate? She is smart, in a position, and additionally very tuned in to the risks of politics, which Obama does unlike and prefers to not concentration on. So consistent with possibility it may nicely be solid to have somebody like Hillary at his returned and giving him coaching IF she grew to alter into into waiting to settle for this place finished-heartedly, and that i'm uncertain approximately this. some situation that pursuing her very own political fortunes would trump loyalty to Obama, and that i think of of this would be a valid situation. of course particularly some her supporters are no greater reliable to the Democratic celebration and are not helping Obama even even nonetheless she has suggested him. some say brazenly that Hillary does not fairly help Obama -- are they appropriate? If not, why are they so unconvinced?

If you were, or are, highly educated and experienced like H. Clinton, you also could run for President. Hillary is a female activist elected to the Congress of the United States and reelected by the people of New York. She is qualified to be President because she has cared about people and doing good things for people all her life. She is also a woman. My opinion is that men have lost their way in the World. Just look around at the mess we are in World wide. Men run the world, and they do a bad job of it. And it is a good time to for a qualified woman to take over the Presidency. We have to do some major repairs to our reputation as a Country because of George Bush and his friends.
Hillary could do a better job in her sleep than Bush has done wide awake, so what's the beef?

No, what has she done to deserve it? Has she actually done anything for NY beside use it to boost her own political carreer? She promised jobs and jobs have left if I am not mistaken. She ran on a platform that she was going to kill th electoral college, that got dropped after she was elected. The most you can really say is she is against Bush, and that is not a platform.
If people really want a woman in the office of president they need to look some more. There are many women out there who are better and will be better recieved by America than Hillary, besides, she will never make it past the primary. I doubt she will get the bluedog vote, she is too liberal.

Well, what has anyone done to "deserve" it? It's the sort of job that no one is qualified for and that no one who would do a good job would ever be able to seek out. We've created a system whereby only those who are backscratchers, incredibly wealthy, and very lucky can even have a chance at power. Without a revolution, we'll never have a "deserving" President ever again.

Does anyone, male or female, "deserve" to become the President of the United States?
Did I "deserve to lose two children because of a miscarriage? Does anyone "deserve" to win the lottery? Did my father and brother "deserve" to suffer and die from cancer? Did my children "deserve" to lose their father to a heart attack?
Hillary Clinton is an educated, politically intelligent woman, and not afraid to address the U.S. and the World. Should she become President of the United States, I believe she will "go down in history" as one of the most effective presidents.

no if she doesnt know whather husband is up to how can she keep track of teh country...sorry I would have no problem with a woman as President but not Hillary. the unfortuate thing is there is no great person for the Presidency anymore..we need to rethink who think of as great leaders, Lawyers and career politicians arent working...we need a good tradesman or enlisted military person..not an military officer b/c from what I have seen they play politics and kiss a$$.
I hope Rudy runs he isnt perfect but he cleaned up the streets in NYC

Hillary Clinton is a skilled politician who unfortunately many Americans support. She is a scqart "Stepford wife" type who is totally amoral, hates our military, always blames the US and would do absolutely anything to gain power. She probably has sold her soul to the devil.

Why not? She is certainly a very popular figure whether or not people like her. At least we wouldn't have to worry about her waging war on a country that isn't a threat to us.
