You have what is known as a military penis. Most males do but the difference is whether or not it stands up and hard until you have to pee and then does it basically try to refuse to let the salute down. If it stays hard when you begin to pee you have a true "military penis." Congratulations. That is very good.

Everyone does this, this is because you can't urinate, so the urinary bladder forces the muscle under the d!ck to prevent it from urinating while sleeping. Try urinating while having an erection, it will be very difficult.
