How come some people's eyes are open when they sleep?

Some people's eyes are open when they go to sleep, which isn't common... why is this?

Some people sleep with eyes partly open. This could be associated to some neurological problem called bilateral facial weakness due to muscle abnormalities (facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy) which is hereditary. Loose eyelids can also cause partly open eyes during sleeping.☺

maybe bcuz they r dreaming or there is ghost in side them!! heheehe
