You can donate items to the community center and you can play with your pets to gain civics points. One of my favorite items to donate is Worms from Bobby's Bait Shack since they cost only 1 MB each. To play with your pet click on your pet and a menu will pop up on the lower left hand corner. One of the menu options is play. Click play and it will raise your civics level 1 point. This can be done only once per day, per pet.

If you have a lot of junk on your account that you don't want just click the little hand button next to it and it will give you civics points for that. You can also if you have a pet get 1 civic point a day for clikcing on it and clicking play. I hate the civics games and I never play them, they are the most boring ones of all.

You can donate to the community center. it can even be junk they except anything and u get more civic points.
