I think we need to question whether the fact that there are masculine gay men debunks the theory that male homosexuality is caused through feminization of the brain.

men and women have both estrogen and testosterone. What makes them physically more one way or the other in body is the degree to which they have estrogena nd testosterone. All children start out as females, then the brain tells some bodies to be make and the plumbing forms. When people get older females lose the estrogen and males lose the testosterone. When chidlren are born into the world with mixed signals the doctor corrects the defect one way or the other so the child will fit into society. At some time in their life they can choose one way or the other that they want to be according to their choice.

I presume from that a masculine gay man probably started out with more estrogen but the body continued on to form the plumbing. Nature does these things to people and animals.

"Feminization of the brain"? What does that even mean?

Last I heard there were all sorts of people claiming they new what causes homosexuality, but I've never read research on the subject that wasn't debunked, refuted, or complicated with counter-examples elsewhere. As far as I know, no one really knows what causes sexual orientation.

I would also be deeply suspicious of anything that ties femininity and masculinity (social constructions) to biology.

i will say that it really is going to no longer remember what a guy appears like for me. i bypass by what's on the interior extra then seems of a guy on the exterior. yet sure i might want to work out no damage if we mixed both a touch masculine and female mutually. there is no longer something incorrect with that.

Honey, the brain has nothing to do with it! Gay men are either bottoms or tops; Tops are the ones that act more masculine when looking for a sex partner because they want to be the scr**er, the bottoms act more feminine because they want to be on the bottom(get scr**ee).

everybody has preferences. some women are considered masculine because they prefer to act in more masculine ways, even though they are heterosexual.

also, i imagine gay men try to emulate straight men so they will fit into mainstream society more easily. it's hard to be different.

No, its been proven impirically, over and over. Maybe its just caused by thought-processes or maybe genetics or chemistry, who really cares? But don't just dismiss it like there's absolutely no truth to it. You owe it to everyone to check before you toss it in the trash, don't you? My thoughts are, there are as many kinds of sexuality are there are people in the world.
