you can't really hurt the fetus by moving too much...unless you're having pain when you move a lot, then i would advise talking to you ob-gyn doctor. many woman continue aerobics classes, etc during their entire pregnancy. the only thing my doctor told me to stop doing was diving into the swimming pool. exercise during pregnancy is good for you. you're going to need some stamina and energy to get through the labor and delivery process. water aerobics is fun, can relieve stress, and is very easy on the body. very best of luck to you and baby.

You are having braxton hicks contractions. That's around the time I started getting them with my son, too. It feels painful, but in reality it's nothing. You are ok. What you should do, and this is just a bit of advice, is relax. Sit down, put your feet up, use your belly as a plate (somewhat) and have a little nutritious snack while watching your favorite show. Or one you like. I found that warm or even steamy hot showers worked wonders for me. But mine did get so bad at one point that my doctor gave me the temporary relief of hydrocodone. Only temporary, a few days max. Don't use a heating pad, though, because it can harm the baby.

Its normal to be aware of the fragility of your unborn baby. This is what enables you to make the best choices to protect and care for him or her. Some things are really not a good idea for pregnancy, such as rough contact sports or things that involve sudden jerky movements. Probably best not to lift really heavy weights, go horseback riding or rock climbing. But normal moderate exercise, as long as you don't have a complication , and certainly just day to day movements are fine, unless you've been put on bed rest. Don't let worry dominate your pregnancy... I know, its hard though. You'll be fine.

A little bit of discomfort is normal for you, you probably are not hurting the baby but if you are concerned about it call your Dr. I know when I was pregnant with my daughter my uterus was tilted down so the Dr told me that I could not do ANY lifting for about a month and a half but that was it and it was done. So once again if you are concerned call your Dr or talk to a nurse they are always nice about it.

I'm a mom of 2. I felt the same paranoia that you're feeling. Don't worry the baby is fine. They're a lot tougher than we give them credit for. Just remember that when you're in labor your baby is going to go through alot worse than what he/she is experiencing now. (He/she will be fine I don't want to scare you._

It is not very possible to hurt your baby. You would have to tell more than what you have, but I would not worrie about it.

Well if you are concerned go to a class and see your doctor and ask what is ok and not. He will give you a class to go to. I advise you go.
