everyone is telling me that this monday is the season finale of pb but it has only been 13 ep this season last season it was in the 20s somwhere

It is, but I think it's going to come back as a mid-season replacement before 24 like they did last time...

Yes the last episode is Monday. It says so at the top of the Prison Break website.

Prison Break is taking a mid-season break but returns January 29th.
