She must have a headache to go along with this. When she fell she hit her head but her neck muscles ended up tightening up to give her those problems. The neck muscles go to the top of the head passing just inside of the ears. When tight the muscles can press onto the nerves to cause pains and/or hearing loss. But, as like those with migraines will tell you, the tightness will cause the intense hearing as well. When the neck muscles are tight they press into the blood vessels to restrict the flow of blood leaving the head. That reduces the amount of fresh blood entering the head to result in a lowered oxygen level in the brain. There are three stages of lowered oxygen levels in the brain and they are; feeling very tired; getting dizzy or light headed; and passing out. To get rid of these problems she has to free up her neck muscles and here's how to do that: Neck Release: Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds. repeat if needed. For best results relax the body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

In life there are the "haves" and "have nots"! I try not to think about it too much. Just try to live your life and get by the best you can. If you're still dizzy, see a doctor!

not dizzy, but a bit sick in the stomach...
Life is not fair, but everyone knows that. I work hard for my money... very hard... I have to choose which bills to pay each month... then I can't answer my phone because I know it is just someone else wanting me to pay them... it sucks...
When something good happens in my life, I sure notice it real quick and become very thankful...
Us regular "joes" know how to have a good time though... no need for a themed "white" or "red carpet" party... just my three favorite men "Jimmy" "Jack" and "Jose" and some good tunes...

Actually, it makes me feel rather ill. People somewhere are blowing millions of luxuries and I'm trying to scrounge together enough to pay the bills and have a little for Christmas.
