I own a 1995 Chevy Corsica. A certain fuse keeps blowing. It is the one that has to do with warning lights, A/C, and power locks. What could be the reason and about how much would it cost to fix?

u have a direct short in one of those componets.this is usually caused by a hot(power) wire touching another one. u need to trace the wires and see if anythings making a spark.ive had that problem before with my brake light fuse blowing, and after replacing the fuse about 20 times, i traced my wires and found that someone had added a wiring harness for a trailer inside the trunk, it was behind the lining and a wire was touching the metal, so every time i used the brakes it would short out.hope this helps.

It is a good bet that one of the lock motors is failing, and draws too much power.
There could be an added accessory in the system that the car wasn't made for. (stereo booster, alarm, etc). Checking for the cause of an electrical fault requires a bit more than guessing. Use a test lamp and a meter in the circuit, and operate all the devices to see which are causing the excess power draw.

Good Luck

Disconnect the hot fog easy wiring, and see if it stops blowing fuses. if so, then you definately under pressure out the fog lighting fixtures fixtures incorrect. Diagrams can not assist you to, because of the fact they does not prepare the fog easy wiring you extra, and curiously there substitute into no situation till then. we could choose to be sure a diagram of ways the fog lighting fixtures fixtures have been meant to be under pressure out, and what you probably did as a substitute. If the fuses nonetheless blow regardless of the fog lighting fixtures fixtures disconnected, than it substitute into in basic terms a twist of fate. So then what you do is replace the fuse with a try easy or flasher relay. which will upload adequate resistance to avert wires from melting, yet will point out while there's a quick or not. while there's a quick, easy would be impressive and flasher speedy. once you disconnect the quick, the easy or flasher will dim or gradual. Disconnect issues till you slender it down.

You probably have a short in the wiring somewhere. It can get kinda expensive, so you could get a multimeter and check everything yourself. If you have a bad wire, the factory harnesses can be very expensive from the dealer, but you should be able to find one in a junkyard, but you have to make sure it is the same date code as the one your replacing. The cost depends on what is finally determined to be the cause.
