I'm American. Is anti-semitism on the rise in Europe &, if so, what do you think about it?

I was bought up a Christian in Europe and when I was a child I was told that Jews were bad because they had killed Christ. Since then I have grown up and met many good, kind, warm hearted and generous Jews, with a lovely sense of humour and very wise. So I have kept none of the prejudices that some people have. Any European who has values still feels horror at the way Jews were made to suffer during the Holocaust.
However Jews and Israelis are not synonyms.We have best friends who are Jews and they take a very dim view of what has been happening in Israel and do not approve of the way Arabs have been treated there. Politics and religion are two different things and it only is when religion is used as a pretext to incite to war and bloodshed that it becomes questionable. Sadly there are extremists wherever you go.
I do not think anti-semitism is rife or that it is rising in Europe, though there is disapproval of what has gone on in Israel since Yom Kippur.

he we go again.about anti-semitism.i do not think that there is more.anti-semitism.you should look at what the Jewish state is doing to the Arabs.in the middle east.with the help of America.the Arabs are a hundred times worse off then the Jews today.you can not bomb the hell out of then.bulldoze there houses.pen then in.stop there.gas/water supplies.and think they will love you.the Jews/Arabs/Americas should get there heads together and work something out.and when they do.it will stop a lot of the nutcase.terroist.and it will stop then from bombing the fu*k out of innocent people around the world.who have got fu*k all to do with it.if we can send people to moon.i am the Jews/Arabs can work something out.

Yes,it is,& justifiably so.The slaughter of the innocents in Lebanon,the daily murders of women & children in Gaza,the deliberate destruction of homes.They are no better than those who carried out the Holocaust.As a young man,i used to admire the Israelis,but gradually,over the years,i began to understand what a bunch of murderous thugs they really are.

I am not against Jews particularly,I dont think one way or the other about there race . I do hate what there doing in Israel. murdering and bombing there neighbors ., the people who order the killings of palistinians should all be shot for killing all those people the way the do.and the killing of other peoples, take there damn land and expect them to like it. kill children for throwing rocks , I think there evil personally

i think it is, personally i don't have anything against Jews.
i feel Israel is to blame for creating this current up surge in anti-semitism, there unfair and unjust polices towards the Palestinians.
