i just started working in a fast food restruant...i would like to become a manager any ideas how to get there

i want a comfy life not a stressful life....i like my job...its fun there

Be a "take charge" person. Always warm and friendly to the cooks, kitchen staff, servers, cashiers and of course, customers.
Make the work-place warm and friendly. Be the "go-to" person at the restaurant. You should know how to do anything and everything in the restaurant.
Be firm but not mean-spirited. Plan fun after-work events for the staff, if the chain allows it.
