Too bad you did not supply an article for us to give an example.

Both the house and senate plan to speak of immigration reform and address the illegal alien problem. The sub committee will meet behind closed doors. It this because representatives from Area 51 are planning to discuss their own alien problem? Why have they not made allowances for political asylum from aliens outside our solar system? Is there a conspiracy to discriminate against beings not born of this earth? How can we omit this from the laws of the USA and still consider ourselves a beacon for freedom... ? Take as few facts as possible and run with it.

I'd love to do this had you included the article or part of it.

You have to use words in a way to insinuate yet not stipulate: "Movie Star Joe Blow may have had one too many when LA Police stopped his car for running a red light. Good thing the cop turned his eye too late to see that little white bag." You have intimated that not only was he drunk but he also was carrying drugs which the cop failed to notice.

You can write"sources close to Joe Blow say he was seen with an underage youth." But you can't say, "Joe Blow was seen dating a sixteen year old girl."

Have fun with it.
