Your question makes no sense. That is the as asking why do I look like the person in the mirror?? How can you not " represent" your race?? You can't switch it around like clothes. Why should people of all races not be proud and represent?? That is what we stand for after all.

The Native Americans been asking that for centuries.
The reason is the same as why do Americans force there beliefs into other countries. Arrogance. All people believe their own culture is superior. It is a racist belief though. Culture is an unofficial rule that helps a people of certain community get along together. One should follow that rule when entering a new community. The thing is about America is that our culture includes tolerance of other culture. We should tolerate people coming in bring bits of their old culture here, but when there is a conflict, we they have to follow our beliefs.

No offense, I'm not american, and I love america and I'm definitely not a racist myself, but america has shown a lot of racism. People in my school (9th grade) are racists towards me and it makes life really hard to not have friends at school just because you are from another country and 9th graders can't understand that.

Honestly, I have NEVER heard of this. They may very well talk nothing about --------- racial pride once they are here but I think EVERYBODY comes here for the unique opportunities and freedom this country offers.

I don't think anyone does that. Blacks are here because they were forced to be here by the slave traders long ago. Latinos are here because they want jobs. Whites are here because they wanted to colonize the americas.
