You have to be at least 14 to work in Ohio. Go to an employer that you want to work for and see what it takes to get the job. If you are under 16, the employer may make you provide a certificate and a guardian statement before you can work, explained below.

The Ohio laws provide that:
Minors under 16 can only work if they give the employer an "age and schooling certificate," and a written statement from a parent or guardian. Minors under 16 must get the certificate from the superintendent of schools or from the chief administrative officer who issues the certificate only if the minor is at least 14 years old. One of the factors for getting the certificate is if the minor already has the job and the job is approved as safe enough for the minor's age gorup. The school can deny the application for the certificate if you're missing a lot of school, or for any other reason.
Minors 16-17 years old do not need to present a certificate or a parent/guardian statement to a prospective employer. However, they are only permitted to work in safe jobs.

Stay away from Cash Create and other survey Web sites!

It's a waste of time and will cause you unhappiness.

If you choose to get suckered in and sign up to take surveys and receive free trials considered you were warned. The minute you give them your personal information you open your computer to unwanted cookies on your hard drive, annoying pop-up windows and if you are on a PC you open your computer to viruses that can wipe you out.
