I think you would need to be a very matured 9th grader to pull off wearing this. The dress is gorgeous, but only for the tall and slim as well. If you fit this description then go for it, but if you are short with a few pounds on I wouldnt go there. But have a great night no matter what you wear.
The second dress is much more youthful looking and would more likely suit someone your age. The pink is pretty too.

Definitely not too flashy. It's the general style most people go for anyway (but less tacky =D). It is somewhat long though. Homecoming is for short dresses, but that doesn't mean you can't pull it off. I'm on the short-ish side like you so I know that dresses look longer on me, but if you tone down the jewelry, wear your hair down, and wear some awesome heels, it'll be perfect.

Out of the two I guess i would say the 2nd one. The first one was much prettier however its a bit mature for you still and the front of the dress hiked up to high and a plunge neck line for you at this age. plus keep in mind your only a 34A you won't be able to fill that dress out properly.

I would keep looking try something that has soemthing up on top to take away the emphasis on your chest. and your very thin so you can get away with a dress that is fuller on you and packs on a little shape and curves for you so your not so straight up and down.

Yes and no. This kind of dress is what most girls wear (and look really hot in), but the color is shiny gold, so because of the color it might be too much. You can get this dress in another color. Shiny gold is a bit too much.

Not unless you have larger size breasts, other than that you should be fine. It's appropriate to wear short dresses while you can, as you get further into highschool, your dances become more formal. Rock it girl.... if you got the body anyway!

Great dress. I think it is very conservative and not to flashy. The dress is kind of pricey for a homecoming dance. However, you only get to do these things usually once, so go for it :-)

i think it's lovely! at my school people go all out for homecoming with the dresses and all. i think it'll be fine. even if youre a 9th grader. it's fine really.

I think so... I would choose something more simple! Try not to stick out like a sore thumb but still stand out!

i like the first one better, it looks bad on the manican cause shes to skinny, but i like the dress!
