Sue the magazine for not checking to make sure she was at least 18 years old. Then take the money he wins from the lawsuit and hire someone to keep tabs on her and not let her out of their sights. If that was my kid, I would freak. I think of those "Girls Gone Wild" girls and their parents. I'm glad I have 3 BOYS!

awful. Contact the DA, press charges against the magazine company, then sue them for every penny they have, lock the daughter in a dungeon for about 3 more years, or put her in a convent....dad and daughter need to have a chat. so what. dads look at porn, but their teenage daughters shouldn't be in the material. That guy is scarred for life.

If he feels his daughter had been exploited, he can go to the police and file a criminal complaint against the magazine for publishing the photos of a minor.

in the first place it's illegal for a minor to be in an adult mag, so he could sue and get plenty of money. and i agree with the answer about suing for pain and suffering too. definelty talk to the girl and find out why she is choosing to reveal herself at such a young age.

It took him time to recognize his own daughter? you must be so smart for us to believe that. Your so smart you smartass and your smartness. Are you related to einstein? cause you are so smart. We have something in common. I also read adult magazines for the articles(im sure).

ooo ouch. That's funny, but he's stuck, because he'd have to admit to his daughter that he was looking at adult magazines. If i were him though, I'd color the picture with a sharpie and put it on her wall when she wasn't around.

how in d world did his daughter end up in a magazine w/o his knowledge?
it seems he's not even aware of his daughter's whereabouts & activities...
there's nothing he can do now... its useless sueing d magazine owners coz d damage's already been done.
i think he needs 2 sit down & have a heart 2 heart talk w/his daughter & listen 2 wat she has 2 say..

Sue the magazine & make millions! Tell him to get therapy too, so he can also sue for pain & suffering.

15? Press charges. She can do what she likes once she's legal.
