It is a fair question. A company wants to know why you want to leave your present company. Your answer will help them know whether you would leave them for the same reason as you want to leave your present company. Your answer will also tell them something about you.

Its product range now and product pipline.
growth of company overall.
you have to show your business acumen
with your markert knowledge and company (new) knowledge and your target for your career journey along with the new position -new company..
You can also say that you had decided the goals for your career development.. and to follow that successfully you think this as a logical move...
