okay so im thinking about taking a dietary supplement, the brand, 'now' the supplement being GABA, natural calming effect. it is supposed to promote relaxation, ease nervous tension, and be a good sedative being ideal for sleep. so since im a PARANOID person about death, things going wrong, just worried in general, i thought this dietary supplement would be IDEAL. so when your a worried person, you also become worried about taking stuff. soo i need help. anyone take this certain supplement? any bad side affects? what are your opinions-yay or nay? can a dietary supplement actually harm you or be hazardous at all?
