Spa at the Sayan Four Seasons Hotel and Resort: http://www.fourseasons.com/sayan/spa.html

Try any of these two treatments:
Lulur Sayan
Experience the ultimate in relaxation and luxury with the Lulur Sayan body treatment. This Javanese beauty ritual begins with an invigorating herbal exfoliation scrub to clean and polish the skin, followed by a cooling yoghurt splash. The pampering continues with a soothing ylang-ylang petal bath and a relaxing Balinese massage using fragrant mountain flower body lotion. Finally, after body and mind have been rejuvenated, a Jamu herbal elixir is served to complete the ritual.

Tropical rain
A calming, warm red ginger body polish prior to laying beneath the gentle caress of tropical rainfall. A ginger almond body splash cleanses the body prior to a massage using a blend of Asian oils of basil, ylang-ylang, or thyme geranium. Before a final application of mountain flower lotion, a soak in a ylang-ylang petal bath while sipping a cup of herbal petal tea.

Best sunset at the Uluwatu Temple. Watch out for monkeys that like to steal your stuff and be sure to stay for the Kechak Dance at the temple.

If you can stay at the Jimbaran or Sayan Four Seasons Hotel's both are great and the food is excellent. If you do stay there ask for Putu Sudana to be your driver, he can take you to places that tourists normally don't visit.

Good luck!

Kandara Spa in Ubud, Ritz Carlton Spa in Uluwatu. Both are world renowned.
Sunset at Uluwatu Temple, very famous, frequented by tourists.
Seminyak area has lots of cafes and lounges for your nightlife, examples:
Hu'u Bar and Kudeta
DFS Shop is pretty famous and all around, Kuta street and Seminyak are lined up with small stores offering variety of products.

Any cab driver or locals would know where these places are, so finding them are relatively easy.
