truthfully, i dont know the answer. but i guess you could go google and search, "electron diagram" or even "how does an electron diagram work", or "what does the points on an electron diagram represent". if you still don't know, you can try going to physicsforum.com and type in the question. there are experts there to help. or at least, i think they are experts. good luck searching! =)
