a pretty pack of bath "fizzies" from Walmart. A man's travel kit with those sample sized necessities. McDonald's gift cards. Nice purse-sized hand lotion. Check the discontinued racks at all stores. A kitchen oven mitt with a pack of sugar cookie mix tucked inside. Colorful flashlights. 2007 calenders. For an older person a book of stamps and a selection of greeting cards. A zip-lock bag of change, dimes, nickels, quarters, with a little confetti tossed in.

You weren't really specific but I don't believe Christmas is just to give "stuff". Thought of the gift is AS MUCH as the gift - meaning- you should think about the person you are buying for - their interests, etc. and then choose a gift that they would appreciate - like someone who reads books- a really nice book marker- or more $$ a bestseller, or more $$$$ a subscription or gift card to a bookstore------- you get my drift--------a 14 year old girl would be happy with make up from the dollar store, your mom would be happy just to see you and have you spend time with her-- Think about it!

STOPPPP giving gift card or chocolates. those are stupid, boring, mediocre, unimpressive. Go down to a nearby ROSS store and look for cheap stuff that might appear expensive when you give it as a gift (rememebr to remove price tag!!)
