I think that it will be RVD,TEST, or Lashley. The wwe have been having serious problems with SABU and it has been said that Sabu will not be in the company that much longer. CM punk has not been around long enough and wwe doesnt want to give him a big push this soon. The big show is going to stop wrestling for a while after the december pay per view because he has been hurting alot because of how big he is. The wwe said that they did not want RVD to win this soon after his arrest but it is now being said that they may give him the title. And WWE is also wanting to give TEST the title and Bobby Lashley the title beacause there gonna turn lashley heel in a few months.

Gotta go with Lashley because he's the only wrestler who seems ready to lead the ECW brand.
Big Show's back is killing him, so he's most likely going to lose the title. For that matter, his back is so bad that he may retire from wrestling altogether. His recent matches are usually tag matches in order to give him a break from the bumps and bruises.
Test doesn't have the charisma or hell that would make him a good champion. At best, Test is a top middle tier wrestler, not a top tier wrestler. I would have gone with Test if Holly had beaten Lashley and gotten the final spot.
CM Punk is young, and he's not quite ready to lead the ECW brand. He still needs to develop his wrestling skills and presentation.
RVD most likely won't win because of his drug bust and his nonchalant reaction afterwards. Sabu felt remorse for what he did, but RVD didn't take it seriously, so McMahon isn't too thrilled with giving the title to RVD. RVD's not exactly the type of wrestler you want to lead the brand since they both made headlines after the mj bust.
Sabu, same as RVD. Not exactly the wrestler to lead ECW because of his drug bust. If he or RVD became champion, WWE would be hypocrites because they're pushing their steroid and drug free program, and yet, a drug user is chosen to lead the brand.

Lashley, Test or C. M. Punk since Big Show needs time off to rest his back and RVD and Sabu are not the model company people due to drug arrest and Sabu's attitude backstage as of late.
My guess will be Lashley since out of the three he is the one who seems to be getting the biggest push.
