There is a video of Irwin's death. The Queensland police has a copy of it and it will be watched by the Coroner investigating his death. His estate has a copy and it is unlikely that it will be made publicly available. However, polls taken after his death showed that fans wanted to see it.

The family won't release it to the public. I think we have a right to see it as fans but I also understand how painful it would be for them. In the end, it's just not right. We won't ever see it.

His family received it the day he died, apparently they have the only known copy. Last I heard they were going to destroy it.
