good for you. don't do anyone elses work if it can't benefit you in the long run. by doing his work you look like a push over and not someone that should be promoted in a company. as far as feeling guilty child please, forget that lame. he can be mad as much as he wants; just as long as he's cleaning his tables while he's steaming

No you should not feel guilty for confronting him with the truth. You are right ,its ok to help whrn it is busy, but I would only do what I was suppose to do,and its ok to help out sometimes ,but he don,t need to be sitting down talking while you are doing his job..All you did was stand up for yourself, you told him how you felt, stick to your gus girl, but there is no need to be mad,now that you said your piece,he has a good understanding of hoe you feel.

Tell him nicely to get off his own lazy butt and do his own work. The guy is disrespecting you by trying to make you do his work. Follow the supervisor's instructions for when you are supposed to bus tables and when not. Let the bum bus his own.

No you shouldn't feel guilty and he will eventually get over being mad. He should be glad you complained to him rather than the manager. You did the right thing. No worries.

Nope. He is a nice lazy guy or feels that you should do for him what he is unwilling to do for self. Either way you did the right thing

If his fingers are not broke...tell him to go do his work himself. Yeah buddy I would be more mad, not guilty. Do you get his tips? NO so stop doing it say your busy even when you are not. I wish you luck.
