Well Kingston believe it or not is Jamaica's smallest parish,it is 22 km.the only reason why the entire area of the city, that stretches across the Kingston parish border is because, its the capital and it is alot easier as just one name,Kingston.

But really it is Kingston and St Andrew co operate area, which is under the Authority of a Mayor, who is Desmond Mackenzie, who demotes or stays in office when ever the next elections are due, which should be this year,or next year when it is mandated by the constitution.
The city as in the infrastructure is the largest in the English speaking Caribbean and south of the USA in the western Hemisphere if am mistaken it should be the entire northern hemisphere south of latitude of cancer.
I can't give you east to west or north to south in miles,as this information is not readily available via any web sites,in such details,if i do find a site i will add later. but, from memory i can give approx,eg;North to South more than 20 ml,East to more than 18 ml.
I do hope that this information gave you an idea,to your question.
