I got DELL desktop , it was quite well but after transportation to another place now it got problem , when I plug in the power the power button is blinking and the motherboard light is also on but the powersupply fun is not moving and also the PC is not starting.(I mean boating ) what are the reason could be???

I didnt do anything I just move the casing to another room and when the painting is finished then I take it back on it's own place, but it's not wroking,

Take your computer to a repair shop.

Possibilities include:

1) Bad power supply
2) Loose components/wires
3) Mysterious motherboard problems.

Try taking out the battery, put it back in, and reset the bios to default.. Also, check your hd and ram to make sure it has not rattled loose. It could be the cpu, motherboard or power supply if the quick fix fails to work.

btw u described this problem, it really looks like it the power supply. if the fan isnt spinning thats the psu itself, so maybe get a new one from dell or buy a decent 450watt for 10 bux. should be more than good for a dell computer.

Sounds like you have a bad motherboard. Contact Dell and if it is still under warranty they will come and fix it for you.

soommetimes when moving the memory and video card work themselves out while unpluged push down and wiggle the memory and the video card gently then try booting
