Probally so, a person like that may have a very frighting life, and be very scared, they live their life a panic attack sort of way.

Yes-I Had It, I hadnt Been on a Plane in Years and was planning a Trip..I got worked up over having an Anxiety attack on the Plane, I wasnt afraid of Flying..I was afraid I Might Be Afraid.,I was having Dailey Panic Attacks,,Had to Go see a Shrink and Explain That I was Afraid of Being Afraid..I almost Backed out It got so bad..But I said NO! If I Dont Do it I'm grounded for Life ..I shook all Night But as soon as I got on the Plane I was Fine.My Husband Was Asking me Are You OK? I was Fine..Wasnt Scared ABit...Strange Huh?????

Yes that is the worst fear. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. One should chant the Maha Mantra which delivers one from all illusion, fear, misery etc.
