Why is it better not talking face to face? Is there a reason you cannot face her? I feel there is more to this than you are telling us. If not,then exercise your parental rights and go through the courts. It is not fair to put kids in the middle or use them as pawns.If you were my dad,E-mail isn't good enough. Call or talk to her in person if you can. Kids needs both parents to be fair and to do what is best for THE KIDS and not themselves.

#1- exercise your parental rights. You are her father and a vital part of her life. If you have to get to court to make it haoopen, do it. You should have set visitation and open communication with your daughter.
#2- Explain to your ex that you want to be a great parent and that if she would please give you her email address, it may save some heartache with hostile conversations.
#3- Be strong and hold your ground. Your kid needs you.

Well see first of all I assume your not paying your child support which makes it impossible to go through the courts . So instead of trying to illegally crack her E-mail maybe you should pay your child support then the courts will make her let you see your child ??

Ask her lawyer for it. Her lawyer cannot help her keep your parental rights at bay unless a judge agrees.
