i have read that career step is a good course and that they get the most jobs is this true?

Is this one of those "courses" where you pay a lot of $ to work from home or other such promises? A friend of mine went to one of those seminars and it was a load of bull.
She opted out and instead went to Johns Hopkins University to get a BS in nursing and now has a real job and makes good money too.
Save your time and money...go to college or take college courses online for something that you will really enjoy doing. (If I am worng about what I think this is ...sorry)
