i know that while you're playing, if you hear them talking in similese, it sounds like real people babbling just beyond your hearing range, but it is only babbles
pay attention sometime, to what they are talking about, the thought bubbles - even those show that they are talking in babbles

sorry but you can't but it is translatable
according to this little fact game my Sims 2 game had me play during installation the Sims speak a language know as simonese that is actually an anchint language. Unfortunately i got the answer wrong but i think the correct answer was some type of ancient Russian but i don't really remember.
