The real estate prices in Coimbatore(Tamilnadu-India) is skyrocketing(increased manyfolds) due to the Tamilnadu govt's proposed plan of promoting Tier cities as a hot investment destination(especially in IT).....Will the price fall or remain increasing?
According to the current market, now the price tag is minimum 300% rise in main areas of coimbatore.....One of the reason for this is many real-estate brokers, promoters have blocked the land for booking high profit....
How the real estate will behave in future? especially in Coimbatore?.....
Many metros and other cities have this experiance(sudden increase in land price and falling after some time)....can coimbatore take their experiance ? Am planning to buy a property....but i have to spend a lot to buy a small piece of land......can i wait for some period for the market to fall.....
can anyone help in this?...
