I don't mean cramps, charlie horses, etc. Those stopped when I got an electric blanket.
I mean those automatic jerks of the foot or leg when one is on the edge of falling asleep. Any one know a remedy that works for you? Not the bar of soap or quinine stuff. That doesn't work for the foot/leg jerk.

look up restless leg syndrome .com hope this helps i also suffer from rls deep heat and ben gay helps me sometimes .

You might try a good high potency multiple vitamin daily for starters, and also take a calcium magnesium zinc pill with each meal 3 times a day. Involuntary muscle tics and jerks are often a sign of magnesium deficiency. Also eat 3 pieces of fruit a day for additional potassium.
