Most guys say what they mean,how long have you been going with this guy if you can't tell where he's coming from then why bother with the head aches move on sounds like your pretty young and have alot of time to find someone real.

Accept his reply for just what it is, a request to end the relationship. Guys say what they mean and if he is playing games he is not worth your time or effort. Get out and find a guy who likes you for yourself.
