It happens may b with everyone at some particular time. It is basically something which is putting u off. Something at d back of ur mind, try to anylise.Well whenever i m depressed i go out shopping and become allright. U too try and get into anything that interests u and makes u feel happy. It is no doubt a temperary phase, but let it not take a permanent place within u in d form of depression. If u hve this mood swing frequent please without delay consult a psychologist, believe me u will b benefitted.

Welcome to puberty.... it really sucks and noone really gets used to it. You are going to experience a lot of rapid mood swings. Just as you are sad today, you may well be unexplainably happy and giggly all day tomorrow. To help you get through the worst of it, it helps to talk to a friend or family member about it. There's also school counselors that could help you understand a little better about what is happening. The best thing to do when you are sad would be to go do something you like. I built a myspace page just for times when I'm in a bad mood. It always makes me smile. There is no personal info on it and anyone can find it.

Ya I know that feeling, you just feel sad for no reason at all, even if life is going just perfect, and there is no reason to worry, you just feel like being alone, and it's wierd because if someone asks what's wrong you can't even tell them, because in truth nothing is, you wish you could cry and let it all out, but u can't because... u can't, what do I do? when this happens to me? get on yahoo answers and let the feeling pass, coz I can't force myself to be happy and I am a slave of my heart, not the other way round, I hope u get out of this soon.

Go out and do something...anything. Go see a funny movie - Borat for instance! Or talk with some friends, go out for coffee or a drink.
Try not to think about being sad and get busy.
Unless you have something to be sad about, then you should let it run it's course.

If you have just had a baby it could definitely be post partum depression. If it is make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't spiral out of control.

Many people have this problem, it is also known as depression. Some people take antidepressants, some people seek counseling, some people have hobbies. Find what works for you, don't let it beat you.
