This continue to happen and cracks the upper side of the radiator. Could leak from crack also produse bubbles?

If you see foam in the radiator, you most likely have a blown head gasket, or a cracked head or block. This allows exhaust gasses into the cooling system and foams the coolant. It is also a cause for overheating, and the extreme heat from the STEAM generated by the exhaust leaks will cause cracks in the radiator.

Time for some pretty substantial repairs.

Not normal. Start car shopping, Your Engine as the other guy said may be blowing a head gasket or worse. Depends how much you like the car. But, would start thinking about trading this sucker in while it still runs.

it should draw down when you give it gas.sounds like its the water pump.
