Is there a way to cite a personal communication in which the person wishes to remain anonymous in APA format?

Personal communication is not listed in your references in APA style but are to be listed parenthetically. List the communication as a phone call (or whatever ) on what date , with a (explain who the person is, and why they are a credible source) and state that they want to be anonymous and for what reasons. For example, lets say you were doing a research paper on hospital hiring standards and you knew a nurse who worked in the local hospital. You would say, In an interview ith a nurse from such and such hospital done on such and such date, she stated that the hospital has unfair hiring practices and will not hire nurses who are married because they have more trouble working split shifts. She has asked to remain anonymous due to feared repercussions.
