i work for discovery clothing company in schererville, in. it's a family owned store for women and is located mostly in chicago and the surrounding suburbs. i would like to know the things that my customers like and dislike about my store in schererville. of course i can't make any promises but if i can help it i wll try to change any negative things and keep up the positive things. feel free to really get down to the dirt if you want. i want to know what you really think of the store so that way i can make it better for your shopping experience.

Clearly, none of your customers use Yahoo Answers so you will not get a feedback from this medium or maybe the question is in the wrong category. Try the"Marketing" category.

A solution to your problem is to design a simple questionnaire for your customers to answer. You may need the assistance of a marketing professional. You know what is it that your business needs to succeed so you can design the questionnaire around those parameters eg you can ask question about the following:

1. What is your gender?

2. How often do you shop at Discovery Clothing?

[ ] Once a week
[ ] Once every 2 weeks
[ ] Once a month
[ ] Other (specify)________________

You can then use a Likert scale to determine the customer satisfaction levels of your clients. Write statements on the questionnaire for the customers to rate using the scale e.g.
