Right-click on a blank part of the desktop. A menu will pop up. Select PROPERTIES. Click the tab marked SETTINGS. Click the button marked ADVANCED. Click the tab marked ADAPTOR.
That will show you the graphics card you have.

Do you mean to say the graphics adapter? if that is what you are looking for then use this
desktop mouse right click->graphic options->graphic properties->click on information tab.

If u mean graphics card, then press the windows key + pause/break
click hardware then device manager
it will be listed in there

*hold down the "windows" key and hit the "pause/break" key
*click the "hardware" tab
*click the "device manager" button
*click the "display adapter" listing
it tells you what graphics card you have

go to : start , search , files or folders,
select the first Selection "picture, music,video"
pick on the "picture and photo"
in the bar " all or part of file name " type this:
*.*
and hit ENTER and wait :)
