Praying is a personal believe. I think it is funny to see someone pray in public! It is a "look at me". This is the ONLY reason people pray in public.
The place you work for can not be all that big! If it was this question would not have came up. Don't they teach tolerance in your religion??

Americans do not have the right to avoid being offended. If he is offended by your prayers, so what, who cares. You are offended by his homosexuality. Either your prayers and his homosexuality are banned, or both are allowed. The liberals need to realize tolerance goes both ways

I know,it sucks...If I had a fear of heights, should the phone company take down all the poles for me work on them? If I had a fear of drowning, should they raise all the oil derricks for me? Oh wait, those destroy earth, etc...
No! I'm a white Irishman that can't jump, and I have no right (read the Constitution!) to claim Affirmitave Action to get a big money contract to get into the NBA...

NOBODY on the face of this earth will ever tell me I can't pray! I will pray ANY time and ANY where that I want. If I get arrested for praying I will pray that I get out of jail soon. Just because somebody else does not believe in God does not mean that I have to STOP believing in God. (That will never happen).

Yes...they don't want you to influence or make people feel uncomfortable, and that's OK. You can still pray, but do it silently in your head for a couple of seconds. God can still hear you like a clap of thunder, so don't worry.

How pathetic is it in America that one person has the right to tell lots of others what they can and cannot do. There is no right to not be offended.

Your co-workers cannot command you on what to do esp. if
it deals about your religion, your faith and your beliefs. I believed
you cannot offend him if you pray during your free time but not during working time...
