It will never happen. The heat is immense. Many believe that is where hell is located.

We'd probably use the resources available to do more constructive things. Like put a livable habitat on the moon. Or maybe begin to terraform Mars. Or even a better peanut butter spread. I can tell you though, we probably wouldn't dig to the center of the earth. We'd just mine a little deeper, that's all.

simply impossible to happen. because of the intense heat, few thousand or maybe million degrees at the core. also, our equipment is also not advanced enough. to find such a huge place to dig the hole (the hole must be quite big, or we need lots of land to put the dug up land) is sort of impossible. there would be gravity too. gravity is strongest at the earth core, and thus would pull you apart, just like how the black hole is said to pull things apart when it is near the hole due to the great force it exerts on the things.

If (miracously) you reached the middle (or the core) of Earth, you would immediatley be torn apart. Why? Gravity. It'll tug you from all locations.
