Need help finding a topic and starting paragraph of an original story satarizing anything

The rule of writing is to write about what you know. Why not satirize some of the weirder aspects of the school you go to, or people you know? You could of course be more ambitious and satirize anything from alligators (bite force of 3000lbs per square inch, but their mouths can be trapped shut with an elastic band) to the media (too many targets to choose from), but I'd recommend you just satirize something close to you.
