women, you know when you have PMS, and then Period. These 2 weeks are a pain! I can handle Bloating and Cramps during PMS (by laying on the couch using the heat pad...), but can't control eating!

I feel extremely bored, and...depressed for no reason (sometimes even angry, extremely sad). Calling up friends to kill times helps, but, to be real, I can't do that for the whole 2 weeks, its annoying...

Do you know any pill, or activity, etc, any way to reduce this annoying hunger (caused by mood swing)?

they say I should go for a walk...but, when I'm in pain all i'm thinking is "going for a walk? f* it!"

you should eat small things through out the day. have a small breakfast. and if you are hungry two hours later grab celery or carrots. if you have craving for chocolate, then allow yourself half a candy bar. take ibuprophen for pain, its also a blood thinner.

When you are in pain remain still at one place without any movements. Hunger during PMS is normal. Keep your mind occupied. Either read or pray. All your symptoms are common during PMS. It is just a passing phase. When you have no pain try jogging if you cannot go for a walk.

When you go thru "your period," the chemicals that control your emotions do a big drop. Exercise daily, such as stretching and aerobics, will push the chemicals back up to normal so you will feel better and have better control of your appetite.

THATS COMMON CAUSE YOUR LOSING BLOOD ..I AM A DUDE , I HATE HUNGER CAUSE , MY DIABETES GIVES IT TO ME !
