women, you know when you have PMS, and then Period. These 2 weeks are a pain! I can handle Bloating and Cramps during PMS (by laying on the couch using the heat pad...), but can't control eating!
I feel extremely bored, and...depressed for no reason (sometimes even angry, extremely sad). Calling up friends to kill times helps, but, to be real, I can't do that for the whole 2 weeks, its annoying...
Do you know any pill, or activity, etc, any way to reduce this annoying hunger (caused by mood swing)?
they say I should go for a walk...but, when I'm in pain all i'm thinking is "going for a walk? f* it!"
