One of the two factors must equal 0.

if 3m+9= 0, then m= -3
if 5m-15=0, then m=+3

5(3m+9)(5m-15)=0
15(m+3)(5m-15)=0
45(m+3)(m-3)=0

it would also mean that m would equal 3 or -3, to make (m-3) and (m+3) equal 0. this is to satify the equation 5(3m+9)(5m-15)=0.

5(3m+9)(5m-15)=0 divide both sides by 5
5*3*5(m+3)(m-3)=0
m+3=0
m=-3

m-3=0
m=3

roots are 3,-3
