Would someone be interested in a position as an editor for a new magazine?

Where can I find some expirenced editors (junior editors, associated editors, etc) who have worked for magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Seventeen, Details, GQ, Esquire, etc.

Where can I find quality people like this to work my new and exciting startup magazine? I am willing to pay good money, but where can I find someone quality folks?

Please assist in anyway possible.....

Try looking on either monster.com or try posting on craigslist.org I'm not sure about monster but I know its free to post on craigslist and they have a craisglist for several different cities. Good Luck!
