I'd say you haven't inserted it in far enough. You can get tampon applicators like Tampax or something, that you can insert into your vagina and it will deposit the tampon inside. Otherwise, get a smaller sized tampon and try an easier position to be in (like squatting or leaning a leg on something) when you insert it.

If it still hurts, I'd switch to using pads for a while.

You are either not putting it in far enough, or are using a larger one than you need.

Make sure the tampon is as far inside you as the applicatior will allow. You can also try a smaller size, tampax makes a slender regular and a junior size as well.

If it hurts then you didn't insert it at the right angle. Take it out and put a fresh one in. Once inserted you shouldn't be able to feel a tampon. Look at the picture that comes with the directions to be sure you are inserting it at the right angle.

If you put the tampon in correctly, it shouldn't hurt. maybe it isn't all the way in, or you are not bleeding enough to be wearing one. I know I can only wear tampons my first couple of days of my period because it will actually hurt to wear one when I am not bleeding as much.

this is many times uncomfortable for me to get rid of a tampon additionally. i think of it rather is because of the fact the tampon absorbs all moisture and not in basic terms menstral fluid. purely attempt to stay comfortable and pull it out slowly, that could desire to assist.

you should try a smaller size, or maybe try the "plastic applicator" type. i find those work the best. Tampax Peral is the one i think is the most comforterable. You should try them.

not good. You should switch to pads and talk to your doctor. Once a tampon is in, you shouldn't feel it at all.
