The best part of your position is that you are looking ahead to where you are going and not looking down.
From what I see the problems are minor and easy to fix.
Your foot is too far forward in the stirrup like most western riders I see. The stirrup needs to be balanced on the ball of your foot. If you have a problem doing this, you need to practice putting more weight in your heels.
Your lower leg has slid back behind the girth. Your horse doesn't look like a lazy jumper so this position for your leg is not necessary. Bring your lower leg forward to the girth for better stability.
You appear to be a little ahead of your horse in the takeoff. Adjusting your lower leg position forward to the girth will remedy this, and keep you over the horses center of gravity.
Your back appears to be hollowed, forcing your chest and abdomen down towards your horses neck. Loosen and level your back for better flexibility and range of motion over the jump.
From a still shot it is hard to tell if your knee and hip are locked, video works best for this. Both need to be soft in order for the horse to move up under you at the peak of the jump.
Good luck and happy jumping.

Your foot may be a little far in the stirrup and you may be a little far forward (i have this problem too as my horse jumps a 2'9 jump like its 4'!) Other than that it looks great! The rest of your form is really good and your horse has great form over the jump, he tucks his knees really well! Is this a jumper class or hunter jumper?

Beautiful animal! Your stirrups look like they're on your heels, and your position seems a little bit... off.
I'm not a proffesional, though, I've only been riding since this summer. ;D
